(Jun 1, 2009) Mike Caudle wanted his picture on the Home page of Avidbassin' so badly that he went out and won a tournament! His 13.70 pounds topped the field of 20 anglers in a tightly contested event on Webster Lake. more Roger B. wins again at Harwich(May 10, 2009) Despite yet more rainy weather at Long Pond, Roger Bogosh boated 17+ pounds of bass to win his second straight 2009 club tournament. It was a slugfest where 9 limits exceeded 10 pounds. more Show Me the Bunny(Apr 12, 2009) The 2009 version of the Avid Anglers' Easter Bunny Open had more of the same—weather that is—and a little something different: some very heavy bags. more

 Avid meets at 7 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month (except for Nov. and Dec.) at the AFA hall on Tremont St. in Taunton, Mass. We currently have 23 members.
